Professor Piotr Szymanski, MD, FESC, is Consultant Cardiologist and Head of the Clinical Cardiology Department at National Institute of Medicine MSWiA Hospital in Warsaw. He chairs the Regulatory Affairs Committee of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and a member of the ESC Digital Cardiology & Artificial Intelligence Committee. He served as Deputy Chair of the Advisory Board of the Polish Health Technology Assessment Agency. Piotr Szymanski represents ESC at the Healthcare Professionals Working Party (HCPWP) of the European Medicines Agency.
