Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Author of nearly 100 scientific publications. He has been visiting scholar in Cardiff, Beijing and Turin. His research revolves around the rule of law in the European Union, EU public procurement law and State aid. He is also an attorney-at-law with 17 years of experience.
