Philippe Vlaemminck is the managing partner of Vlaemminck.law, a Brussels-based law firm specializing in EU law and strategic consultancy.
He has more than 40 year’s specialist experience in EU law (Regulatory and Litigation) and trade law (WTO and anti-dumping).
Philippe has a considerable litigation experience before the Court of Justice of the EU, EU General Court and the EFTA court (more than 100 cases since 1993).
He works in areas as internal market law, trade law, agricultural law, EU institutional law, customs law & taxation, competition law & state aid, digital law (DSA, DMA, AI, Data governance).
He was also amongst the first private lawyers who were granted the right to appear in a WTO dispute settlement hearing.
