Lecturer at the Institute of European Studies of the Jagiellonian University and the Faculty of Interior Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. Specialises in the study of socio-cultural aspects of urban development. Author of several dozen publications on this issue, including seven books. Member of the Team of Local Government Experts of the Stefan Batory Foundation and the Programme Council of the Civic Congress and the Programme Council of the Kraków Festival Office.
