Cultural manager, europeanist, university lecturer. Deputy director at the Adam Mickiewicz Institute responsible for program and strategic areas. Co-founder and first president of the City of Literature Foundation, lecturer at Warsaw University, Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the Theater Academy in Warsaw. Originator, co-creator and organizer of national and international artistic, literary and educational events, publicist and author of the New State of Focus podcast (Liberte!Talks). Program Director of the Leadership Academy for Poland, co-founder of the Executives for Impact initiative, which supports the development of NGOs.
