Nina Półtorak

Nina Półtorak is a judge of the General Court of the European Union since 2016 and professor of EU law at the Jagiellonian University, Kraków. Admitted to the Polish Bar in 2000, she practiced law until 2012, specializing in Polish and European Union law. In 2012, she became a judge at the Regional Administrative Court and was seconded to the Supreme Administrative Court of Poland in 2014. From 2013 to 2016, she served as the Director of the EU Law Department of the Supreme Administrative Court. As part of her academic work, Professor Półtorak has lectured at many academic institutions in Poland and abroad and she is the author of numerous scientific publications.
