He holds a degree in political science from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a degree in project management from the Poznań University of Economics. He has been involved in social activities for more than 20 years, acting both as a volunteer and as a local government official. He worked for many years in managerial positions in international companies. He also ran his own business and cooperated with the Polish small and medium-sized enterprise sector. Leader of sustainable development projects, responsible for implementing green initiatives. He has experience in project and team management, in cooperation with NGOs (non-governmental organizations) and in business negotiations.
