Graduate of the Faculty of History at the University of Gdańsk and postgraduate studies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw. Scholarship holder of the French government in Montpellier and at the University of Toulouse Le Mirail.
Since 2006, involved in the Sopot local government, vice-mayor of Sopot 2019-2023, and mayor since 2024. Treasurer and board member of the Association of Polish Cities. Member of the Standing Committee on Equality at the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR). Deputy Chairperson of the Board of the Polish Tourist Organisation.
Winner of the Kozminski’s Lion competition (Administration category).
