Lukasz Pietrzak is a master’s degree in pharmacy, qualified first aid and battlefield rescuer and analyst. In 2007, he graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Medical University of Bialystok, majoring in Pharmacy Pharmacy. During his studies, he worked for 2 years as a researcher in the Department of Pharmacodynamics, working on experimental animal models. After graduation, he worked as a Master of Pharmacy, and later as a pharmacy manager in many institutions across Poland.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he created medical data studies and epidemiological analyses, which have been repeatedly cited in scientific papers and the media. As an expert on many television programs, he has educated on pharmacy and drug safety. He has authored many popular science articles introducing pharmacotherapy issues, and has co-written hundreds of articles published in online media discussing health and pharmacy issues.
He participated in the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination program, working at the vaccination point at Legia Stadium and establishing a pharmacy vaccination point.
From February 2023 to July 2024, he was a pharmacist on the Prime Minister’s Humanitarian and Medical Assistance Team. As part of the team’s work, he participated in overseas missions to war-torn areas.
On July 24, 2024, Prime Minister Donald Tusk appointed him to the position of Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector.
