Laurenz combines European and local politics with his functions as a project officer for the European Liberal Forum, and as an elected municipal councilor in Schilde ‘s-Gravenwezel, Belgium. Passionate about Liberalism, he always works to streinghten individual and democratic rights in society. With his background in History, he holds long-term knowledge on the development of liberal thought with deep understanding of contemporary issues. And as a final fun fact: in weekends he helps his family out by baking fries in their classical Belgian Frituur.
