Katarzyna is an attorney with many years of litigation experience, gained in the litigation department of a major international law firm. Currently she is a counsel at Jabłoński&Koźmiński. She represents clients before courts and public authorities, as well as provides pre-litigation assistance. In particular, she advises Polish and foreign entrepreneurs at all stages of the investment process, as well as on matters relating to the establishment of legal title to real estate, in reprivatisation cases and in disputes over the enforcement of lease agreements. She advises also in product liability cases, representing international and national pharmaceutical companies.
