He has held key positions in Poland’s largest financial institutions for more than 25 years. In the insurance market, he served, among others, as CFO and member of the board first at Zurich Poland and then at the Generali Group in Poland. He was the creator and CEO of the first Polish digital insurer, BRE Ubezpieczenia. For a long time he was associated with the mBank Group, where, as vice president, he was responsiblecfor retail banking in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, and later also for the areas of operations and IT. In 2024, he was appointed CEO of PZU Życie SA, a leader in the life insurance market in Poland. He is a graduate of foreign trade at the University of Lodz.
