Mayor of City of Chełm, lawyer, health care specialist. In 2015-2017 employed in the Ministry of Health as an advisor to the Minister of Health Konstanty Radziwiłł. Since September 2017, plenipotentiary of the Lublin Voivode for the development of health care. In 2018, he became the director of the political cabinet of Minister Jadwiga Emilewicz. In 2018, elected to mayor of City of Chełm, after winning 50.89 percent of votes in the second round. In 2024, he was re-elected for another term.
