Member of the Polish Parliament (Sejm), Chairwoman of the Extraordinary Committee for examining draft laws on the right to terminate pregnancies.
Previously, Warsaw City Councillor, Chairwoman of the Education Committee of the Warsaw City Council, activist of Polish Women’s Strike, member of the Warsaw Council of Women and Programme Council of the Congress of Women.
She has been involved in the fight for changes in education for many years. In her activities, she pays particular attention to the issues of equal access to education, equality, acceptance of diversity and counteracting discrimination.
