President of the management board of Agora for 10 years, which has strengthened its position during this time has entered the leading position in the cinema market (Helios) and outdoor advertising (AMS) area of film production and distribution (Next Film) and began its expansion into radio segment, combining Agora Radio Group and Eurozet.

Under his leadership, Agora became a leader in digital transformation in Poland media. Gazeta Wyborcza was the first in the country to implement it with great success online subscription, ranking among the European leaders. At the same time Agora has developed many innovative ventures in the area of digital content and advertising – including programmatic, providing services to publishers through Yieldbird websites in over 30 countries around the world.

Member of the Supervisory Board of WAN-IFRA, the largest global organization associating publishers. Member of the Main Council of the Lewiatan Confederation.
