Graduated from the University of Gdansk with a degree in economics, majoring in maritime trade. Experienced entrepreneur and expert in the field of economy. In 2015-2018, he was associated with the environment of the Nowoczesna party and was head of the structures in the Gdynia-Słupsk district. One of the founders and leaders of the Gdynia Dialogue. He was a member of several economic think tanks, is a member of the organization “Employers of Pomerania”, a regular columnist for the magazine Liberte! In Gdynia, he is responsible, among other things, for the implementation of the most important municipal investments, economic policy, obtaining external funds, including European funds.
