Anna Brzezińska

A three-time winner of the Janusz A. Zajdel Award, the most prestigious Polish award in the field of fantasy. She is an author of novels and short stories. The monumental and bestselling Córki Wawelu and Zmierzch świata rycerzy, published by Wydawnictwo Literackie, were the first historical books in her literary output. Wydawnictwo Literackie also published her other works: Opowieści z Wilżyńskiej Doliny, Wiedźma z Wilżyńskiej Doliny, Wody głębokie jak niebo, Woda na sicie oraz Mgła. When she is not writing, she tends to her garden, where she cultivates old varieties of roses and apple trees.
