Alicja Sielska is Assistant Professor, Institute of Economic Sciences, Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics, University of Wrocław, Poland; Researcher, University of New York, Prague, The Czech Republic; Senior Fellow, Mises Institute of Economic Education, Poland. She is the author of two books: “Explaining the Gender Wage Gap. The Missing Aspects of Discrimination” and “Dyskryminacja instytucjonalna kobiet na polskim rynku pracy”, as many scientific articles on economic theory, history of economic thought and the labour market.
