Aga Samitowska is a professional in the music business and MusicTech, building bridges between technology and music. She leads ZAiKS Akademia, a copyright awareness platform, and ZAiKS Lab, an R&D initiative under ZAiKS, Poland’s collective rights organisation. Aga also founded Fenomen Lab and co-founded MusicTech Poland to develop the MusicTech community. She is a frequent speaker, mentor, and host of the “Era Transformera” podcast.
Her decade-long career at Kayax, an independent record label, saw her as Head of Digital Distribution, securing key deals and managing artists like Brodka and the band Hey. Aga also worked in San Francisco, supporting Fifty Years VC in the impact tech space.
