Agnieszka Kurczewska is an associate professor of entrepreneurship at University of Lodz (UŁ) and a visiting professor at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). From 2020 to 2024 she served as vice-rector for external relations at UŁ. She is a president of the European Council for Small Business & Entrepreneurship (ECSB). Her previous academic experience includes work at Aalto University, research stays at University of Tampa and Lund University. Previously she completed internships at the European Commission and the Council of Europe. She created the regional entrepreneurship competition Eksoc StartUP! and the Academy of Entrepreneurship of UŁ.
