He graduated the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, worked for 10 years in local government offices (including the City of Warsaw) and government offices (Mazovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw). He has been working in the non-governmental sector for over 20 years. He has trained representatives of non-governmental organisations and offices throughout Poland on public tasks, fundraising, running an organisation, personal data protection, changes in the law, introduction of participatory tools.
