Recognized expert in the field of diversity and anti-discrimination law and policy with more than 20 years of professional experience.
Initially working for international and intergovernmental organizations, she was later retained as the chief expert by the Poland’s central administrative organs responsible for design and implementation of inclusive and anti-discrimination strategies representing Poland on OSCE, UN and EC Agencies meeting sessions.
Since 2011 she has been developing DE&I business strategies. Her representative experience includes running several dozen audits of organizations in terms of the occurrence of negative behaviors.
