Born in 1982 in Łódź. A graduate of American Studies and Mass Media at the Faculty of International and Political Studies of the University of Łódź.
One of the founders of the Civic Platform (PO) in Łódź. Since 2006, he has been a City Councilor in Łódź. In the city, he has initiated various projects—from mural galleries, through the first sex education classes in Poland, a conscience clause-free clinic, to the Łódź Public Bike System. Since 2024, he has been serving as the Chairman of the City Council in Łódź.
From 2012 to 2014, he was the chairman of the “Young Democrats” Association. From 2014 to 2016, he served as the vice-chairman of YEPP – Youth of the European People’s Party
