Doctor of law, attorney with several years of experience in handling court and administrative disputes in one of the largest law firms in the world, representing clients, among others, before the Supreme Administrative Court, the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Tribunal and the Court of Justice of the European Union. Currently, for 4 years he has been the managing partner of the law firm Jabłoński Koźmiński i Wspólnicy, specializing in court and administrative disputes, as well as regulatory and legislative advice.
An experienced academic lecturer and didactician (assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, where he regularly conducts classes with students, he also conducted trainings, among others, at the School of Polish Law in Kiev and Lviv, classes for advocate trainees), author of several dozen scientific studies, including several books. Participant of debates, conferences and author of numerous popular science and journalistic statements.
Nominated in the Rising Stars ranking – Lawyers Leaders of Tomorrow 2019. Socially involved, e.g. as a pro bono attorney in many court proceedings of the so-called strategic litigation.
He is also the president of the board of the Foundation for Freedom and the Rule of Law – Cicero Institute
