Pawel Zerka is an expert at the Paris office of the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR). As ECFR’s chief analyst for public opinion, he directs the organisation’s survey research on foreign affairs. Since 2020, she has been conducting an annual monitoring of “European sentiment” in a joint project with the European Cultural Foundation. He is the author of the recent report “Welcome to Barbieland: European sentiment in the year of wars and elections”, which resonated in the European media.
