Mateusz Balcerowicz, a deputy president of the State Water Holding Polish Waters since January 2024. He headed the water resources department at the Ministry of the Environment, gained experience at the Masovian Voivodeship Office as the head of the flood safety department, as a deputy director of the international cooperation department at the Ministry of Infrastructure and the director of the innovation department at the National Agriculture Support Center. Responsible for planning, investments and maintenance of the State Treasury waters in Poland, including flood and drought issues.
