Viktorya Muradyan works as a Communication officer for the European Liberal Forum since 2021. She is the Co-editor-in-chief of the European Correspondent (TEC) and was previously leading editor for TEC’s Eastern Europe team. She is also a German Marshall Fund Policy Designers Network Fellow 2024. Viktorya is also a freelance journalist and an advisory board member for the European Youth Press. She holds a postgraduate degree in international relations and diplomacy from the College of Europe and a master’s degree in communication management from the iaelyon School of Management.
