Adam is the founding Executive Director of More in Common Poland and has been building the organization since 2022. He joined More in Common from the Berlin-based German Council on Foreign Relation. In 2015, he co-founded an independent foreign policy think tank Global.Lab in his hometown Warsaw, Poland and served as its chairman for five years. Adam studied international relations and political science in Warsaw, Bonn, and Berlin. His commentary has appeared in Polityka, Gazeta Wyborcza, Rzeczpospolita, Le Monde, Die Welt, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Wall Street Journal, among others.
