He has been involved in local government work for more than 20 years, having also worked from 2002-2004 at the Regional Center for European Integration in Piotrkow Trybunalski.
For the last 5.5 years he has served as the starost of Piotrkow County, earlier as deputy starost of the county, secretary of the county, head of the department going through all levels of local government administration starting from Referent.
Before working in local government, he graduated from the University of Lodz at the Faculty of International and Political Studies, within which, in 1999-2000, he studied political science and economics at the University of Giessen (Germany).
Subsequently, he completed post-graduate studies in European integration at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, post-graduate studies in administration and local government at the Higher School of Public Administration in Lodz, and was also a graduate of post-graduate studies at the Higher School of Business and Science in educational management and entrepreneurship didactics.
In 2016, at the Medical University of Lodz, he earned a doctorate in health sciences specializing in public health, where he also works as an assistant in the Department of Hygiene and Epidemiology to this day.
In March of this year, Minister of Defense Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz entrusted him with the position of Advisor to the Minister of Defense for cooperation with local government. He currently serves as Deputy Marshal of the Lodz Voivodeship.
