Manager, entrepreneur, innovator, has been involved in the financial market for more than 30 years. He was an analyst at economic think-tanks and consulting firms. At the Generali Group, he progressed through all levels of his career to the position of the Group’s CEO. He created and headed Postal Insurance. He co-founded the fintechs hiPRO and Trasti, which operate in the banking and insurance sectors. In 2024 he was appointed the CEO of PZU SA, Poland’s biggest insurer, leading the whole PZU Group – the largest financial conglomerate in Central Europe. He is a graduate of, among others, law at the University of Warsaw and finance and banking at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
