Native of Dąbrowa Górnicza by birth and choice. Graduated in political science at the University of Silesia and postgraduate studies in communications and PR at the Jagiellonian University, as well as an MBA at the WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza. He has been working for the local government since 2006, focusing on cooperation between the city and its residents. An initiator and co-author of the Dąbrowa Participation Budget.
He favours ‘we’ over ‘I’, trusting the expertise of the people he works with, as well as the residents who know best what their city should look like, which is why he promotes dialogue and cooperation among local government officials.
