Member of the Management Board of Orange Polska for Strategy and Corporate Affairs, member of the Board of the Orange Foundation. Member of the Supervisory Board of Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe Sp z o.o.
In 2007-2010 he was Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, responsible for, among other things, public registers and the development of the information society, Government Commissioner for Schengen, member of the Inter-Ministerial Team for Energy Security, and Acting President of PGE Energia Jądrowa from 2010 to 2012.
He comes from Lodz, and is a graduate of law and international relations at Warsaw University and Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University.
