Matt Warner

Matt Warner is the president of Atlas Network, a global nonprofit supporting NGOs in 90+ countries. Co-author of “Development with Dignity” (Routledge, 2022) and editor of “Poverty and Freedom,” he coined “the outsider’s dilemma” in economic development. Matt writes, speaks, and consults on economics, institution building, and impact philanthropy. His work appears in Foreign Policy, Forbes, among others. With an economics master’s from George Mason University and organizational development certification from Georgetown University, he’s a 2019-2020 Penn Kemble Fellow, board member of America’s Future, and affiliate scholar with the Complexity Economics Workshop.
