RAINER ZITELMANN holds a PhD in history and sociology and is the author of 26 books. He taught history at the Free University of Berlin and served as a department head at the high-circulation German daily Die Welt. In 2000, he founded his own company, which he successfully developed and then sold in 2016, and currently lives in Berlin. He is involved in investing and journalism.
